Workforce Training

The mission of the SAU Tech Workforce Training Department is to providing quality, customized, on-time training to meet current and future needs of our local business and industry partners. We achieve our mission by:

  1. Developing and providing quality training through special tailored training programs that meet workforce specific needs, at a cost that is fair and reasonable.
  2. Provide training on-campus, on-site and by alternative delivery methodologies as requested by our industry partners.
  3. Work with our industry partners to obtain training grants to offset the cost of training.
  4. Maintaining a staff of experienced Instructors and providing professional development opportunities for staff to obtain credentials needed to meet the training standards of our industry partners.
