FS 2043 Company Officer III
This course is based on NFPA 1021: Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, 2020 Edition. This is a specialized course for the Chief Officer who is preparing to advance to upper management levels of his/her department. The course is designed to give the officer more knowledge of the management process and administration so that they can make basic evaluations of employee relations and take on a more proactive role in their department. This class is more of a project-based class as opposed to classroom lecture.
