FS 2303 Instructor III
This course is based on NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire and Emergency Services Instructor Professional Qualifications, 2019 Edition. This course is intended for the instructor who is taking a position in an upper management level at his/her department. It is designed to help develop knowledge and ability in developing comprehensive training curricula and programs for use by a single or multiple organizations, conduct needs analysis for the organization, and developing training goals and implementation strategies.
